Yesterday I played around with my macro lens to capture some of the littler things. These are some of the same sites as in my last post--Sandbar, Ulong Channel, Siaes Corner--from a whole different perspective.
Anemone |
Not macro, but after spending so much time culling invasive lionfish in the Caribbean it's lovely to see one in its native environment. |
Lizardfish |
Christmas tree worms |
Scorpion leaf fish |
Nudibranch |
Coral detail |
Sponge |
Soft corals |
Crinoid |
Focusing with the macro lens takes a bit of time and maneuvering, so I wasn't expecting to catch anything motile. I think this is some kind of blenny--I love its shy little smile. |
